The Clean Earth Environmental closed circuit TV inspection system provides a clear look inside pipes ranging from 1-1/2" inches on up to 72" in diameter effectively and effeciently. From push style to steerable transport color cameras with full pan and tilt capabilities. This technology allows us to pinpoint problems and the exact location where they occur. In addition, Clean Earth provides a complete video and survey to our customers for future viewing.
The CLEAN EARTH video inspection team can locate potential problems before they turn into costly breaks, and can even assist new construction by inspecting for possible flaws prior to completion.
Pipefaults as seen by closed circuit cameras:
We offer many different recording and reporting options, from VHS to CD-DVD or even external hard drives. We also provide written reports upon completion of each survey.
All of our Closed Circuit TV Pipe Inspection Operators are certified by PACP (The Pipeline Assessment Certification Program).
Our self propelled Lateral Launch Camera allows us to inspect adjacent sewer laterals up to 80 feet at the same time as we inspect your main sewer line. Our Lateral Launch Camera is an essential inspection tool for identifying infiltration and inflow, solids accumulation, root infiltration, pipe defects, and the structural condition of lateral services and mainline sewers.
With the ever increasing Directional Boring methods used today, more and more utilities are damaged and the need for pipe inspection is becoming increasingly important to safeguard against potential problems.
Accurate location information is the only information worth having. Our built in electronic sonde devices in our cameras allow our electronic pipe locators to accurately pinpoint problem areas above ground as they are discovered below ground.
Video cameras have become one of the most valuable tools in the environmental business. Specially made fiber optic cameras allow for a visual inspection of underground sewer lines and other piping to determine the condition of the inside of the pipe.A flexible rod with a high-resolution video camera on its tip is inserted into the pipe for inspection. Video images are transmitted to the camera operator and can be saved onto a videotape for a permanent record. Radio transmitters on the camera record the depth and physical location from the surface so that defects and obstructions can be corrected cost effectively.
The use of our wireless GPS Mapping handheld device is designed to precisely locate structures such as manholes and collect accurate GPS coordinates and transmit them seamlessly into our inspection software.
Many jobs require entry into enclosed spaces with limited air movement. These spaces can be hazardous for human entry. Clean Earth Environmental technicians are all certified for confined space entry and attend mandatory annual training, as well as safety meetings prior to the start of each project. < Read more >
